Regal Cinemas isn't just a place to watch your movies, it's the brand that understands them and continues the experience for movie nerds everywhere. So we built them a YouTube channel, and we treated it like a TV station.
In our Sit Down With The Stars series we leveraged very minimal access to A-List celebrities (usually four minutes) to create viral videos with our cast of comedians. The more successful the videos, the more people we'd have access to. And it worked like a charm. Building attention and subscribers for our extended network of weekly and bi-weekly programming, produced and filmed in our in-house studios .

The stupidest idea I've ever had. Literally just house cats watching movie trailers. As soon as it came out of my mouth I regretted it, because I knew everyone (including the Regal CMO) would love it. And despite it being a horrible idea, I was right. Everyone loved it.
